Admin Assistant/ Operations Coordinator – Saudi National ONLY

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Driving License: Required (must own a car)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a smart and proactive to support daily operations, tech tasks, and government platform dealings. If you’re someone who just gets things done without needing to be micromanaged, this role is for you!

You’ll act as a critical support layer in especially in navigating Saudi systems, handling follow-ups, and making sure everything moves smoothly with no bottlenecks.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and complete tasks independently, often with minimal instructions.
  • Handle interactions with Saudi government platforms or learn them quickly.
  • Support with logistics, scheduling, follow-ups, and errands — both personal and business-related.
  • Research tools, platforms, and solutions; adopt and master new technologies quickly.
  • Represent the executive in day-to-day tasks and decision-making where necessary.
  • Be the go-to problem solver — fast, smart, and discreet.

You Are:

  • Built up over 5 years of experience in fast-paced, solution-focused roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Comfortable diving into new tools and platforms without hesitation.
  • Knows how to work the system efficiently and get things done with minimal fuss.
  • Takes initiative and ownership without needing constant direction.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally in both English and Arabic.
  • Always ready to adapt and act quickly, thanks to a flexible and responsive lifestyle.

Nice to Have:

  • Background in admin, tech support, or operations.
  • Familiarity with local processes in Riyadh (government offices, service providers, etc.).
