Job Title: Junior Product Manager

Role Overview
As a Junior Product Manager at Waffy, you will be the operational backbone of the product team. You’ll drive clarity, alignment, and efficiency across teams. You’ll optimize feedback loops, streamline onboarding and planning, and support a product-led, data-driven culture. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Design, and Engineering teams to ensure our product processes scale with our ambitions.
Key Responsibilities:
Actionable Data:
– Develop and maintain product dashboards and KPI tracking systems.
– Translate product data into actionable insights for decision-making.
Standardized Best Practices:
– Document product development processes, rituals, and planning frameworks.
– Build templates and playbooks to support consistency and scalability.
– Ensure alignment across teams on prioritization and execution.
– Promote continuous learning and process optimization.
Feedback Loops:
– Design and manage systems to capture customer and stakeholder feedback.
– Consolidate insights and feed them into the product roadmap.
– Recommend tools to streamline user research and feedback.
Client-Side Needs:
– Build strong relationships with key clients to ensure product alignment and satisfaction.
– Oversee and support the successful integration of Waffy’s solutions with third-party client systems.
– Collaborate closely with Customer Support, Account Managers, and clients to address product-related issues.
– Track and analyze recurring client pain points and translate them into actionable improvements.
– Ensure smooth communication between external stakeholders and internal product teams.
– Own the resolution process for client-side bugs or feature gaps, coordinating with engineering and QA.
Strategic Focus:
– Reduce operational overhead for PM, so PM can focus on discovery and vision.
– Support cross-functional meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
– Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in product workflows.
Boost Collaboration:
– Drive transparency across Product, Tech, Marketing, and Support.
– Create alignment on roadmaps, timelines, and shared goals.
– Organize and facilitate regular syncs and documentation reviews.
Scalable Growth:
– Lead onboarding programs for new PMs and product team members.
– Implement scalable systems and frameworks that grow with the team.
– Create repeatable processes that reduce time-to-market.
What You Bring:
– Egyptian nationality, based in Egypt.
– 2 – 3 years of experience in Product Ops, Product Management.
– Strong knowledge of Agile, product life cycle, and roadmap processes.
– Experience working with analytics and data tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Looker, Amplitude, Tableau, Power BI).
– Exceptional organizational and documentation skills.
– Excellent communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments.
– Proactive problem-solver with a bias toward action.
– Knowledgeable with tools like Notion, Jira, Confluence, Slack, Figma, etc.
Nice to Have:
– Experience in fintech or a startup environment
– Exposure to product discovery, UX research, or customer journey mapping
