How do I create a transaction as a seller on Waffy?

Follow these steps to create a secure transaction as a seller or service provider on Waffy.

Choose your role and transaction type

  • From the home page, tap Create New Transaction.
  • Select Seller / Service Provider.
  • Choose the transaction type:
    • Single Item if you are selling one product to one buyer.
    • Multiple Items if you have inventory that you want to sell to multiple buyers.

Enter the transaction details

  • If you have a listing for this transaction on Haraj, select Is there a Haraj listing for this transaction? and paste the listing URL copied from your browser to automatically import its details.
  • Select the product or service category.
  • Enter a transaction title of up to 100 characters.
  • Add a description of the product or service.
  • Attach supporting images or files, with up to 10 attachments and a maximum size of 10 MB per file.

Set the transaction amount

  • Enter the transaction amount.
  • Review the total amount and automatically calculated fees.
  • Enable Allow the buyer to pay in installments if you want to offer installment payments.
  • Choose an installment provider: Tamara, Tabby, or New. Note that Tabby is only available for transactions below SAR 1,000.
  • Enable Does the product require shipping? if the product needs to be shipped.

Add shipping details

Choose a shipping method: Waffy Shipping or Shipping Outside Waffy.

Waffy Shipping

  • Select the address where the shipping representative will collect the product.
  • Enter the package dimensions (length, width, and height in centimeters) and its weight.
  • Select a shipping company from the list and review the estimated shipping cost.
  • Tap Confirm Shipping.

Shipping Outside Waffy

  • Tap Confirm to arrange shipping yourself outside the platform.

Set the advanced options

  • Set the execution period from 5 to 100 days.
  • Set the inspection period from 2 to 100 days.
  • Tap Create Transaction.
  • Tap View Transaction Details to review the transaction you created.
  • Tap Copy Transaction Link and share it with the buyer.

Once you share the link, the buyer can join the transaction and deposit the amount with Waffy so the transaction can begin.
