Waffy offers three ways to use its escrow services. You can choose one or combine them based on your needs:
- Waffy App: Designed for individuals who make personal transactions directly with each other without needing a business account. You can use it through the website or by downloading the Waffy mobile app.
- Waffy Business Portal (B2B): Designed for companies. The operations team can log in to a dashboard to create contracts, confirm delivery, and release funds manually, without writing any code.
- Waffy API: Connects directly to the company’s technical system, allowing contracts to be created automatically when a company transaction is completed. The Business Portal can also be used without additional setup, allowing the operations team to handle exceptions when needed.
