Start on Haraj by enabling the Trusted Purchase service on your listing, so you can receive your payment before handing over the product.
Create your listing
- From the Haraj homepage, tap Add Listing at the top-left of the screen.
- Select the product category.
- Read the fee agreement carefully, then accept it.
- Select the region and neighborhood.
- Set the location on the map.
- Upload photos of the product.
- Enter the title, details, and price.
- Tap Create Listing.
Enable the Buy button
- After publishing your listing, tap Add Buy Button at the bottom of the listing.
- Select Enable Purchase Requests on Haraj.
- Review the product price.
- Turn on Enable Trusted Purchase Service.
- Tap Enable Buy Button.
- The Request to Buy button will then appear below your listing.
Review incoming purchase requests
- From your account menu, select Store.
- Select Purchase Requests to view requests received for your listings.
- Open a request with a Pending status.
Accept or reject the request
- Review the purchase request details.
- Tap Accept to proceed with the sale, or Reject to cancel the request.
- After you accept, the request status changes to Awaiting Buyer Payment.
Ship the product after payment
- After the buyer pays, Waffy holds the funds and the request status changes to Tracking.
- Open the request and enter the shipping company details and any required shipping information.
- Hand the product to the shipping company and get the tracking number.
- The payment will be transferred to you after the buyer inspects the product and accepts the transaction.
Your listing is now ready to receive trusted purchase requests, while your funds remain securely held by Waffy until the product is shipped and the buyer confirms receipt.
