How do I ship a product to the buyer outside Waffy?

You can enable shipping when creating the transaction and choose External Shipping.

Enable shipping when creating the transaction

  • Enter the product details when creating the sale or purchase transaction.
  • Turn on Does the product require shipping? if the product needs to be shipped.
  • Select External Shipping.
  • Use any shipping company you prefer and arrange the shipment yourself once the buyer’s address is available.
  • Manually add the shipping cost to the total transaction amount.
  • Follow up with the buyer until they receive the product and ask them to confirm receipt on Waffy.
