How Do I Ship a Product with Waffy?

You can enable shipping when creating a transaction and choose Shipping with Waffy.

Enabling Shipping When Creating a Transaction

Enter the product details when creating a seller or buyer transaction.
Turn on Does the product require shipping? if the product needs to be shipped.
Choose Shipping with Waffy or Shipping Outside Waffy.

Choose the address where the shipping courier will pick up the product, or tap Add New Address to add one.

To add a new address, enter the National Address Short Code (4 letters + 4 numbers, for example, RKAB3122). Make sure the code is correct before opening the full address form.
Enter the Region, City, District, Street, and Building Number. Save the address to add it to the transaction, then tap Next.
Enter the product dimensions (width, length, and height in centimeters) and its exact weight.
Select a shipping company from the list and review the estimated shipping cost.
Tap Confirm Shipping.

The buyer pays the shipping cost along with the transaction amount when making the payment.
The displayed cost is an estimate based on the assumption that the buyer is in the same city as you.
The final shipping cost is recalculated at checkout after the buyer adds the actual delivery address.
The shipping provider is responsible for transportation and delivery according to its terms and policies.

Pack the product securely to protect it from damage or scratches during transportation, regardless of the shipping method you choose.

The transaction amount remains safely held by Waffy until the buyer confirms receipt, regardless of the selected shipping method.
