Yes. The return process is handled under Waffy’s supervision as follows:
- The transaction amount remains held by Waffy throughout the return process.
- The product is returned to the seller.
- The seller receives the product and checks that it is in good condition.
- Waffy releases the amount and returns it to the buyer after the seller confirms receipt.
The amount is not returned before these steps are completed, unless both parties agree to return it directly, regardless of the outcome of the inspection.
Return shipping fees are agreed upon between the buyer and seller.
